Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes, launches, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, operational delays, or remote delivery locations.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Vespberry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
